About Modernform Cabinets and Closets

We built Modernform around the idea that a builder finishing eighteen units shouldn't have to make that trade — and neither should a homeowner doing one kitchen. We stock all-wood cabinets and closet systems at our Carrollton warehouse, sell them at wholesale, and ship them anywhere in the country.
What We Actually Do
We are a stocking wholesale distributor. That means the cabinets are here, in Carrollton, on shelves — not on a container, not on a six-week production schedule. When a dealer calls Tuesday needing a 36" sink base in Onyx Black, the answer is usually "come get it."
We sell to four groups: production and custom home builders, multifamily developers and property managers, cabinet dealers and showrooms, and homeowners doing their own remodel. Same product, same warehouse, pricing that reflects volume.

Every line we carry ships RTA by default, which is what keeps freight costs and damage rates down.
How The Cabinets Are Built
The spec sheet matters more than the adjectives, so here it is plainly: solid wood doors and face frames, plywood box construction, full overlay doors, soft-close undermount full-extension drawer glides, and 6-way adjustable hinges. Standard on every unit, not upcharges.
The Showroom
Our Carrollton showroom at 1520 Luna Rd is open to trade and to homeowners. Door samples, full displays, and a design team who can take a set of plans and come back with a cabinet layout and a number.
This is the part that's hard to do from a website. A builder can stand in front of a Modern Slate door under real light, open a drawer, and decide. We think that's worth the drive.
