Our Cabinets
What is your lead time for Delivered cabinets?
Depending on the size of individual orders, MOST cabinet orders scheduled for Delivery or Freight are ready to load on trucks within 2 weeks, however additional services, like assembly or paint can, in many cases, add extra days onto the lead times.
What is your lead time for non-assembled cabinets?
Depending on the size of individual orders, MOST unassembled or FLATPACK cabinet orders are ready for pickup within 5 business days.
What is your lead time for assembled cabinets?
Depending on the size of individual orders, MOST assembled cabinet orders are ready for pickup or delivery within 2 weeks.
Our Closets
Do you provide design services?
Yes, all our account holders are able to utilize our complimentary basic design services in order to create a line or 3D layout of the space they intend cabinets to be placed. We only take account-holder provided measurement and all in-person or virtual design session require the Account holder to be present. Account holder must request and submit a drawing request form to get a design in queue. Lead time for scheduled layout design is on average, 3-5 days. Not all designers create estimates. Contact your sales rep for more info.
Warranty
Are you able to just purchase Doors and Drawers?
Unfortunately, not at the moment. We reserve remnant doors and drawers for warranty replacements but do not currently stock just doors and drawers for direct sale.
Should I need a refund, how long will it take?
Refunds typically take 7-14 days to post back onto the original card processed. A refund request form must be requested, filled and approved before a refund will be issued.
For Dealers
How to expedite the will call process?
The best way to expedite orders, warranty and backorder process is give us a 2 HOUR notice that you are coming so the team can have your products ready by the loading docks.
Will I be notified of Backordered items before placing an order?
To the best of our ability, we will inform all of our customers of certain items that we are out of or running low on stock we will try to work out alternative solutions for unavailable items immediately. A very large quantity of cabinets are ordered each day and we appreciate your patience & cooperation.
Does someone have to be present to accept delivery?
Yes, a representative of the company must provide contact information and be present to sign off on the delivery and assist with off-loading. We will do our best to advise you of a more precise delivery window within the days approaching the delivery date. Our local delivery drivers attempt to call the customers when they are at least 30 minutes away from their destination. Freight drivers do NOT assist with unloading.
Do you sell directly to the public?
No, we sell our cabinets wholesale, direct to contractors, builders, installers, remodelers, real estate flippers and handymen that anticipate needing cabinets for more than one kitchen or bath project per month. We work specially with multi-family builders and dealers to ensure they can get the most product at an affordable cost and in a timely manner.
