Areas we serve

One warehouse in Carrollton, Texas. Cabinets on the ground for Dallas-Fort Worth and freight to the rest of the country.

Modernform has one location, and everything ships from it. Our showroom and warehouse are at 1520 Luna Rd, Suite 140, Carrollton, TX 75006, in the northwest corner of the Metroplex. Local customers pick up or take delivery from there. Everyone else gets freight from the same building, out of the same inventory, at the same price.

Dallas-Fort Worth

This is the home market. The showroom and the warehouse are the same building in Carrollton, so DFW is the one place you can open the doors, pull the drawers, and compare finishes in daylight before you spend anything. Walk in and you can leave with wholesale pricing the same day — no dealer account, no minimum, no waiting on a callback. Pick up in Carrollton or have it delivered to the house or the job site. Hours, directions, and what to expect are on the showroom page.

We supply homeowners doing one kitchen, remodelers, production builders, and multifamily groups running unit turns across Dallas, Fort-Worth, Carrollton, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Arlington, Garland, McKinney, Denton, and the towns between them.

Dallas

Carrollton sits about twenty minutes from downtown, which makes Dallas the easiest trip in the metroplex for seeing cabinets in person before committing to a finish. The Dallas page covers how wholesale pricing actually works, what’s on the rack right now, and what it means for a project timeline.

Fort Worth

Fort Worth runs on two different kinds of work — new construction and multifamily volume north toward the Alliance corridor, and older-home renovation through Fairmount, Near Southside, and the TCU area. The Fort Worth page covers stock, lead times, and buying from across the metroplex, including what you get ready-to-assemble versus professionally assembled.

Texas Beyond the metroplex

Houston, Austin, and San Antonio are a day’s freight from Carrollton, and we deliver to all three along with the smaller Texas markets in between. There’s no Modernform location in those cities, so orders are placed by phone with our team and shipped from here.

Nationwide Shipping

We ship the same in-stock cabinets anywhere in the country. That covers Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Kansas, New Mexico, and Florida, along with every state not on that list. There is no minimum order on freight shipments.

What doesn’t travel is the showroom. Outside Carrollton there’s no local pickup and no installation service. What you get is the same wholesale price, the same construction, and freight to your address or job site.
