A Fresh Approach to Wholesale Cabinetry
Modernform Cabinets and Closets is one of three company-owned distribution centers serving customers across the United States. Since opening in 2024, our goal has been straightforward: bring a better buying experience to an industry where pricing is often slow, inventory is often thin, and nobody calls you back.
We do that with three things. We hold deep inventory so projects do not stall waiting on a factory run. We price transparently at wholesale, with no minimum order on freight shipments. And we staff the showroom and phones with people who can actually answer a question about a door style, a modification, or a lead time.
Whether you are designing one custom kitchen, remodeling a luxury home, supplying a production builder, or furnishing a multifamily community by the container, we have the products, the inventory, and the logistics to support the project.

How our cabinets are made
Our cabinetry is manufactured in Vietnam at three large-scale production facilities. Our manufacturing partner is one of the largest cabinetry producers in the world, employing more than 2,000 skilled professionals and running advanced automated equipment throughout the production process.
Every cabinet moves through a multi-step quality control process before it ships, checking fit, finish, hardware, and consistency from one box to the next. Consistency is the part that matters most on a large job — when a kitchen and twelve bathrooms all need to match, small variations become expensive.

Framed Cabinets
Our core shaker line, in a range of stained and painted finishes. New finishes are being added regularly, including Rift Oak Shaker, Dove White Shaker in the standard width, and the Alpine series — Ash Green, Mountain Wheat, and Alabaster White — which introduces a raised panel door with applied molding, the first of its kind in our catalog.
Slim Cabinets
A narrower shaker rail profile for a cleaner, more contemporary look, available in Slim Dove White and Slim Natural, with another collection on the way.
Euro Cabinets
Frameless European construction in five finishes. Walnut and Natural Oak make up the Classic tier; Matte Black, Matte White, and Gloss White make up the Deluxe tier. Beyond the stocked five, our Custom Euro program offers more than 50 door styles.
Closet Systems
Walk-in and reach-in closet systems in Kansas Oak, Natural Oak, and Premium White, with another collection arriving soon. Built from the same finishes as our cabinet lines, so a closet can match the rest of the house.
Customization and custom orders
Customization is one of our biggest strengths. We offer more than 50 frameless finishes, the complete Sherwin-Williams color collection for painted framed cabinetry, and a wide range of in-house cabinet modifications — custom dimensions, altered depths, finished ends, and specialty configurations.
We also build bathroom vanities from the same finishes as our cabinet lines, in single, double, floating, and freestanding configurations, along with linen towers and makeup desks.
Most custom orders are completed in less than four weeks.

Warehouse & Distribution
With more than 500,000 square feet of combined warehouse space across our distribution network, Modernform maintains one of the largest ready-to-ship cabinet inventories in the region. Our Carrollton facility at 1520 Luna Rd is both the showroom and the warehouse, so what you see on the floor is what is sitting on the racks behind it.
Ready-to-ship inventory is the difference between quoting a job and scheduling a job. It is why we hold stock rather than drop-shipping from a factory half a world away.

Delivery Options
We offer both ready-to-assemble (RTA) and professionally assembled cabinetry, so you can choose what fits your crew and your timeline. Our logistics network delivers to commercial job sites, warehouses, and residential addresses throughout the United States, and container programs are available internationally.
Out-of-state orders ship by freight from our Carrollton warehouse. There is no minimum order requirement on freight shipments.

Design help for as long as you need it

A warranty we answer for ourselves
Full coverage the first year, then our Limited Lifetime Warranty from year two on. It’s our warranty, not a manufacturer’s policy we pass along, so the phone number for a claim is ours.

Our Warranty
Modernform cabinets carry a Limited Lifetime Warranty that we stand behind ourselves. Coverage is full during the first year and automatically converts to the Limited Lifetime Warranty beginning in year two.
Custom-painted framed cabinets are finished by The Cabinet Finishers, who provide their own one-year limited warranty on the paint finish.
